How We Got Here
Our family has been in medical billing since 2008, working with nursing homes, skilled nursing facilities, health plans, and mobile physician groups. We spent years watching healthcare from the inside, including the part nobody manages well: how patients actually get to their care.
The push came during a visit to a residential care home out in Yucca Valley, where we met residents who had simply stopped going to their appointments, because the rides they were promised never came. Somebody needed to be the company that shows up. In October 2024, we became it.
